Our story

WEEKS FD LTD was founded to bring the discipline of long-term engineering ownership back to the IT services market. We grew tired of watching projects handed off between anonymous teams, losing context and quality at every boundary.

We operate as a small, senior partnership: each engagement is delivered by named engineers who stay with the work from architecture to production operations.

Today we serve clients across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, SaaS and the public sector — anywhere technology carries real operational weight.

How we work

Small teams, senior people.

A typical engagement is delivered by a compact team of three to seven — architects, engineers and specialists blended for the phase at hand. There are no offshore hand-offs and no anonymous resources: every contributor is named and accountable.

We work in short iterations, share the same tooling as our clients, and treat documentation and runbooks as first-class deliverables.
